What Subscribe & Save is

Subscribe & Save is an optional recurring order. You choose it at checkout instead of a one-time purchase. It takes 25% off every order, including the first one, and ships free with no minimum.

If you do not select it, you are not enrolled in anything. A one-time purchase charges you once and never again.

How often you are charged

You choose the interval at checkout: every 4 weeks, every 8 weeks or every 12 weeks. Your card is charged on the day each order is created, at the discounted price shown at checkout, and that order is dispatched within 24 hours like any other.

We email you before every renewal, so no charge arrives without warning.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, including before your second order. There is no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee, and no phone call.

To cancel, use the manage-subscription link in any subscription email, or email contact@dawtox.com with your order number. We cancel on receipt and confirm by email within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

A cancellation stops every future order. If you cancel after an order has already been charged, that order still ships, and it is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee like any other order.

Pausing, skipping and changing

You can skip a single delivery, change the interval, change the shipping address or change the card on file at any time, from the same link or by email. Changes made at least 48 hours before a renewal apply to that renewal.

Price changes

The price locked in at signup is the price you keep for as long as your subscription runs. If we ever change subscription pricing we notify you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
