We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not currently ship anywhere else. If your country is not on that list, the checkout will not let you complete an order.
Every order is dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or on a United States public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
United States: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates based on our carrier's published transit times, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays and weather can extend them, and none of those are within our control. If your order is significantly past these windows, email us and we will chase the carrier with you.

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no handling fees and no charges added after checkout.
You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking link the moment the parcel leaves. If you have not received a tracking link within two business days of ordering, email contact@dawtox.com with your order number.
Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in the price you paid at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance or refund them.
We ship to the address you enter at checkout, exactly as you enter it. If you spot a mistake, email us within two hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped the address cannot be changed. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded in full minus the original shipping cost, or reshipped once you confirm a corrected address.
Every parcel ships insured. If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email contact@dawtox.com with your order number and a photo where relevant. We replace or refund it in full. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
