60 ml at 3 ml a day is 20 days. Most people run a course of two to three months, which is three to five bottles.

$3.95 flat rate on any order, free on orders of $50.00 or more, and free on every subscription order with no minimum. It is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no handling fees and nothing is added after checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days in the United States and 7 to 14 business days to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Those are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
You get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking link the moment the parcel leaves. If no tracking link has arrived within two business days, email us with your order number.
Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. They are not included in the price at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot calculate or refund them. United States orders are not affected.
Email us within two hours of ordering and we correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel ships the address cannot be changed.
Every parcel ships insured. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo where relevant. We replace or refund it in full. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
An optional recurring order you choose at checkout instead of a one-time purchase. It takes 14% off every order including the first, and ships free with no minimum. If you do not select it, you are not enrolled in anything. A one-time purchase charges you once and never again.
Every 4, 8 or 12 weeks, whichever you pick at checkout. We email you before every renewal, so no charge arrives without warning.
Use the manage-subscription link in any subscription email, or email us with your order number. You can cancel at any time, including before your second order. No minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee, no phone call. We cancel on receipt and confirm by email within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Yes. You can skip a single delivery, change the interval, change the address or change the card at any time. Changes made at least 48 hours before a renewal apply to that renewal.
The price locked in at signup is the price you keep for as long as your subscription runs. If subscription pricing ever changes we email you at least 30 days beforehand and you can cancel before it takes effect.
30 days from the day your order is delivered, for any reason. The bottle can be empty. We do not ask you to justify the request.
Email contact@dawtox.com with your order number. There is no form. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, with a return authorisation and instructions. Please do not post anything back before you receive that reply, because a parcel with no authorisation cannot be matched to an order.
No. When we need the item back we send a prepaid return label. In many cases, particularly for a single opened or empty bottle, we approve the refund without asking you to ship anything at all.
We tell you when you ask. Email us with your order number and we reply within 24 hours with a return authorisation, a prepaid label and the address. Do not post anything back before you get that reply — a parcel with no authorisation cannot be matched to an order.
To the original payment method. Within 2 business days of approval when we do not need the item back, and within 10 business days of the returned parcel being received when we do. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.
Yes. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Email us before dispatch and we cancel and refund in full immediately, and nothing ships.
dawtox.com is our European store and handles its own returns. This policy covers purchases made on yourdawtox.com only.
